What is eGift Australia?

eGift Australia makes it quick and easy to send digital gift cards.

  • Choose from a wide range of designs, with themes to suit most gifting occasions;
  • Select any value of gift card from $10 up to $1,000;
  • Your gift recipient gets to choose where they wish to spend their gift card, and they can spend it instantly.

Why should I choose to use eGift Australia?

  • Convenience - there's no hassle with packaging or postage. After you have loaded funds into your account, gifts can be arranged with just a few clicks.
  • Choice - an eGift Australia egift card allows the recipient to choose where they spend their gift, with a wide variety of popular Australian retailers to choose from. This means you won't select the wrong gift card.
  • Value - there no additional fees, you only pay for the value of gift cards sent.

Each gift card brand and denomination is subject to demand and availability. Therefore each brand and denomination of gift card may not be available at all times.

How are gifts delivered?

If you choose email delivery, the gift card is delivered to the recipient via email. The recipient can then open their egift card on any smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

If you choose SMS delivery, the gift card will be delivered across two separate SMS messages. The recipient will need to be able to open a link from within an SMS message to redeem their gift card.

If you choose the web link method, you'll receive the gift card as a link (URL). Just copy and paste this link into a message in your favourite messaging app to send to the gift recipient.

If you choose printed delivery, you will be able to download a PDF to print out. The PDF has a voucher code and PIN that the recipient can then enter online to access their digital gift card.

In all cases, your gift recipient must have access to a smartphone or computer with internet access to be able to use their gift card.

What payment methods do you accept?

eGift Australia accepts payments by PayID. PayID is safer than using a credit card, and is normally just as fast!

Most Australian banks support instant payment via PayID. PayID is supported by ANZ, NAB, Westpac and most other Australian banks. Your order should be approved within 15 seconds after making your PayID payment. It's all done via your online banking and you do NOT need to hand over your credit card or bank account details.

Be aware! CommBank and NAB can delay first time payments to a new PayID. If you bank with Commonwealth Bank or NAB please allow for this delay. Most other banks generally do not impose this type of delay and should process your payment instantly, but if your PayID payment is delayed, please contact your bank first.
